Squalane (5%) - A naturally occurring substance found in skin, it is a deeply nourishing moisturizer that is inherently non-comedogenic. For cosmetic use, its derived from olives. Exogenous squalane mimics skin’s natural oils and provides long lasting non greasy hydration, making it a top pick for sensitive skin (well frankly, any skin!). Day-Fender has a much higher percentage of squalane than most creams on the market.

Fun fact: Did you know that squalane used to be derived from shark liver originally? These days, it is derived from olives, making it perfectly cruelty free and eco-friendly.

Resveratrol (1%) - This antioxidant superhero is a potent fighter of environmental stressors and also brightens texture. It is anti-inflammatory as well- fights redness and puffiness like a pro!

Fun-fact: Resveratrol is the same antioxidant molecule as found in red wine. It occurs naturally in grapes and protects grapevines from UV rays and environmental stressors. It does the exact same thing for your skin too! Resveratrol is often dubbed as the longevity molecule or anti-ageing molecule.

Essential fatty acids: These are building blocks of the skin and are essential for skin health. Linolenic, Linoleic and Arachidonic acids are indispensable for skin health and elasticity, providing the necessary suppleness for your skin.
